Notice to all applicants:

• All students must have a lease cosigner (e.g., parent or guardian).
• All leases shall be for a one-year period from August 1st until July 31st of the following year unless other arrangements have been made with the landlord.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please go to the Rental Forms page to see a standard copy of the lease.

Required Funds Disclosure (Two payments)

• Payment #1: A non-refundable Holding Deposit equal to one month’s rent shall be placed with landlord at time of commitment to rent house. Please note that Holding Deposit will be used as Damage Security Deposit once tenant has moved in.
• Payment #2: The first month’s rent, which is due on or before August 1, or actual move-in date.

***Once the Holding Deposit is submitted, applicant shall receive receipt for the house to be rented. House shall be held exclusively for applicant until date agreed upon with landlord and as stated on receipt. Landlord will forego all other opportunities to rent house.
