FUNDS AND BASIC INFORMATION

1. To secure a house you must be prepared to pay first month, last month, plus security. Each of these payments are equal to one month's rent. For example, if the rent is $1500, all deposits together are $1500 x 3 = $4500.
This money is not needed all at once. A Security Deposit (Holding Deposit) is collected upon your commitment to rent a house (broken commitments may result in forfeiture of Security Deposit and shall be considered non-refundable). The first month rent and last month rent are due upon the date you move in to the house. The Holding Deposit shall be considered pre-paid rent for the last month you live in house.

5. Applications may be completed using forms from this website.

6. Tenants shall guarantee that the house be regularly cleaned and in good condition. Landlord reserves the right to hire professional cleaners and be reimbursed by tenants if it is determined that tenants are not sufficiently cleaning house.
