EXISTING PROPERTY CONDITION AWARENESS:
RMHHouses makes every effort to ensure that the Move-In Condition of house is acceptable to tenants and meets or exceeds ordinary standards for cleanliness and functionality as compared to similar rental properties in the area or same market. However it is very important for Tenants to bring to the attention of landlord any concerns upon moving in so they may be addressed. Otherwise it is assumed that the house will be returned to landlord at end of lease in very good condition, suitable for re-renting.
